Policies + FAQs

  • They’re my favorite! Most career coaches and resume writers I know tend to gravitate toward executives over time, but I’ve always found Early/Early-Mid Career collaborations to be the most rewarding.

  • Early/Early-Mid Career means anyone with less than 15 years of professional experience, regardless of age.

  • For the purposes of pricing, grad school counts towards years of experience.

  • (Keep in mind that Guided DIY Consults are available to absolutely anyone!)

For Formal Collaborations, I provide referrals for folks who will benefit from a sector- or career-specific expert:
    - Professionals with more than 15 years of experience
    - Executives or applicants for exec-level roles
    - Federal government employees or applicants

  • Reach out with your current resume or LinkedIn profile, and include a quick summary of your goals. From there, I recommend providers based on your career stage, industry, or another variable that’s important to you.

  • Transparency and equitability are deeply important to me. Cost is one of many important factors in selecting a provider, and I’m happy to be up front with that as you compare options.

  • I currently accept Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment is requested up-front.

  • Formal Collaborations usually book up a few weeks in advance, and I can generally accommodate DIY Consults within a few days of request. Need to move faster? Reach out to see what’s possible!

  • At minimum, Formal Collaborations last 7 business days (onboard call on Day 1, draft arrival on Day 6, and finalize by Day 7). Most clients take a bit more time with review and revision, with the average collaboration lasting about 10 business days or 2 weeks. Need to move faster? Reach out to see what’s possible.

  • Formal Collaborations include 2 revision rounds, plus a final edit for spelling, grammar, and consistency.

  • To keep Formal Collaborations moving forward, clients have 3 business days to provide feedback on drafts and revisions. If a week passes without communication, projects will be final-edited as-is and considered complete.

  • We’ll order your projects in the most logical order for completion. Typically, I start with the resume as a foundation, and have additional assets follow that.
